STICKY BACK ADHESIVE MOUNTS
[Image]

Sticky Backs Mounts:
The important thing to remember with sticky  back mounts is to clean the surface to remove ALL dirt, grease, and loose materials. Peel off the protective backing and press into place. For more secure mounting use screws or pop rivets. The cable ties can be inserted from any of four directions. The sticky part is an acrylic adhesive foam backing and all of our CTMs come with screw holes for a #8 screws for an alternate mounting option. The mounts will accept an 18lb tie at .100" wide up to a 50lb tie at .187 wide.

PUSH MOUNTS

Push MountThis type of mount is called a Push Mount. It inserts into a 1/4" hole and provides a flat loop to insert a tie into. This can be used up to a max. panel thickness of .125"

They will accept .100" wide 18lb ties up to .187" wide 50lb ties.

Photo on the left shows the position of the tie. This is a 50lb .187 wide 11" tie. Photo on right is the finished assembly. I used a blue high temp tie because it is easier to see in the photo.

MOUNT CABLE TIES

The photo on the right is a push mount tie. It works the same as the push mount saddle shown above. The tie is designed to either be cinched around the wire and then inserted into the mount hole or inserted and then position the wires, make your loop and draw the tie tight.

The 6" tie will wrap a 1-1/4" bundle. An 8" tie will wrap a 1-3/4" bundle. Minimum bundle size is 1/16".
